1. Age 50 or older and resided in the United States as a lawful permanent resident (LPR) for at least 20 years at time of filing: Read, write, speak, and understand Test Exempt

50세 이상이며 면제신청 당시 최소 20년 동안 합법적 영주권자(LPR)로 미국에 거주한 경우는 영어읽기, 영어쓰기, 영어 말하기, 영어 이해하기 테스트를 면제.

Educational Requirements are Still required. Applicants may take civics test in their language of choice using an interpreter. 교육 요건은 여전히 필요합니다. 시민권신청자는 통역사를 통해 자신이 선택한 한글언어로 시민권 시험을 치를 수 있습니다.

 

2. Age 55 or older and resided in the United States as an LPR(lawful permanent resident) for at least 15 years at time of filing: Read, write, speak, and understand Test Exempt

55세 이상이며 면제신청 당시 최소 15년 동안 합법적 영주권자로 미국에 거주한 경우는 영어읽기, 영어쓰기, 영어 말하기, 영어 이해하기 테스트 면제.

3. Age 65 or older and resided in the United States as an LPR for at least 20 years at time of filing: Read, write, speak, and understand Test Exempt
